Registration Fee: $50 per person.
Fees include attendance to all sessions and workshop materials.

Workshop registration is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is required at the time you register. Enrollment without payment is considered incomplete.

CONFIRMATION

You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration within two weeks of receipt of your completed form and payment. Please make sure your registration has been confirmed prior to your arrival onsite.

CANCELLATIONS

Refunds for registration, less a $15 processing fee, will be granted to written requests received by April 21, 2008. We regret that refunds will not be granted after this date. Substitutions will be allowed with written notice prior to May 18, 2008. Cancellations may be faxed to 301-314-5639 or e-mailed to lfried@umd.edu.

NOTE

Registrants are asked to bring a laptop to be utilized during break-out sessions.
